On My Soap Box today!!
The news just reported about Wimbledon, Yes William & Kate are Royalty, but what Irks me is that they also said "Hollywood Royalty" was in attendance. That to me Is BS. Yes they get paid Millions for doing their chosen Craft, but they are Not Royalty. Want to see Royalty, Look at the Men,Woman and War dogs who put their life on the line every day. Look at Our First Responders, They Do Not Get paid 1/8 as much as the "Hollywood Royalty".
When you see Our Veterans, Thank Them. When you see our active Military, Thank Them. When you see our First Responders, Thank Them. When you go to the Concerts and Movies, you have already thanked them by buying that expensive ticket.
Without all of them, we would not either be here or have the rights that we have. Unless they served, are Serving they are Not Royalty. Unless like Mr. Gary Senise and many others who take the time to help Our Warriors, I would bet they would not like to be called Royalty. I would bet the farm that they would be very embarrassed.
My parting words of wisdom, which is just my opinion. When you look for a hero, look for the ones who don't brag, are flashing & command a lot of money. FYI my heroes where Dog Tags and are First Responders.
